Before confirmation
Augusta will state the service scope, price or pricing basis, payment timing and any approved travel or add-on charges before confirming a booking.
Augusta Home commitment fee
The proposed UGX 30,000 commitment fee is paid before an Augusta Home booking is confirmed and credited toward the first service payment. It is not automatically non-refundable. Any cancellation, rescheduling, no-show, denied-access or Augusta-cancellation outcome is assessed under the proposed booking policy and applicable law.
Changes, cancellation and access
Contact Augusta as early as possible. We assess notice, confirmed preparation or travel, the reason for change and applicable law, then explain the outcome in writing. If Augusta cannot deliver a confirmed service, we will offer a reasonable reschedule, replacement or refund outcome as appropriate.
