Augusta’s client policies, terms, booking guidance, privacy notice and service procedures are proposed. They become effective only after legal review, written Director approval, implementation and consistent publication.
Customer protections
We aim to confirm service scope, timing, price and key conditions in writing before booking. Augusta will not use blanket wording to remove rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Data and creative work
Customer information is used to respond, quote, arrange and deliver services. Public portfolio use of photographs or video requires the appropriate agreement or consent, with extra care for children and sensitive events.
