What is included

We check availability and confirm the rooms, loads or wardrobe areas before booking.
- Laundry and ironing are not included in the standard monthly Home fee. Mobile laundry is UGX 45,000 per standard load, covering washing, spin-drying and hanging ordinary washable items. Folding, unusually large loads, access limits and other special requests are agreed before booking.
- Fees depend on the number and type of items, load size, ironing required, location and whether the work is added to an existing Home visit.
- Laundry remains separate from the weekly Home plans, whether added to a Home visit or booked on its own. Any special request is confirmed in writing before booking.
How does the mobile laundry service work?
We bring the machine, wash and spin-dry ordinary household laundry, then hang it in your safe drying area. Mobile laundry is separate from the standard monthly Home plan and is UGX 45,000 per standard load for washing, spin-drying and hanging ordinary washable items. Folding and special requests are agreed before booking.
What does the home need to provide?
Safe access to water, power, drainage and a usable drying area. We confirm these before booking.
What items are not accepted?
Dry-clean-only garments, silk, leather, suits, valuables without care instructions, and heavily stained items are not accepted in the pilot.
