Will Augusta throw away items?
No. We do not discard clothing, documents, medication or personal items without your approval.
Is routine wardrobe support part of an Augusta Home plan?
Routine folding, sorting and wardrobe upkeep are included when listed in the household's agreed monthly checklist. A large one-off wardrobe reset or work beyond that routine is assessed and quoted separately.
Can we organise more than one area?
Yes. We will agree the areas and provide one clear quote before starting.
